Integratively trained I draw from a cross section of Counselling theory to work thereupeutically.
I like to use a holistic approach to my counselling, incorporating all aspects of the individual. The feeling and thinking parts of us need to work in balance with our physical and spiritual wellbeing.

I have extensive experience working with HIV and aids in both the private and voluntary sectors.

As a Counsellor it is important to me to create a holding space where the client feels heard and trust can be built upon. My aim is to enable an individual to resolve issues in their lives so moving forward with a sense of fulfilment, purpose and meaning.

Training, Qualifications Experience

I have an Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling integratively trained (2004), a Certificate in Counselling Skills and theory (2002-2003). My experience includes working one to one with a mentally and physically impaired toddler. Voluntary work in a day centre befriending and encouraging clients recovering from mental health conditions. I have four years experience Counselling clients with HIV and Aids.

Ongoing professional training and personal development is an important aspect to me which informs my practise.

I provide counselling near Farnham (Surrey) and in the centre of Bracknell.
